You'll be asked for your availability and any specific questions. Our team will reach out within 24 hours to confirm your session time via email.
Is this legal advice?

Can I bring documents to the session?
Yes, and we encourage it. Share your IEP, evaluation reports, and any correspondence with the school ahead of time so we can review before your session.
What if I'm not in Massachusetts?
All sessions except in-person advocacy are available remotely, nationwide. IDEA is a federal law, so the core framework applies everywhere.
Is there a refund policy?
If you need to cancel, contact us at least 24 hours in advance and we'll fully reschedule your session. Cancellations within 24 hours may forfeit the session fee.
